From Wednesday 1st February 2017 we are launching a new system for school-to-parent information sharing. Called “SchoolPing”, it is a free and easily downloaded app for smartphones.
You can also access SchoolPing via a web address. Here, we can send out all information that would normally come to you via text, email and paper.
Each person with parental responsibility will be given a personal log-in and initial password. These will be sent out to you along with instructions on using SchoolPing, via email if we have a valid one for you. If not, we will send information home in a sealed envelope. Please let us know if you DO NOT have access to a smart phone or email.
You will not be able to reply to SchoolPing (except when booking parents evening appointments) – you will have to either email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone the school.
(Our current Teachers2Parents texting service will cease to function after the end of this academic year and until then will only be used by us occasionally).
